This tool exists to convert sensitive financial files, so we hold onto as little as possible. Here is exactly what happens to your data.
When you convert a file, it is uploaded to our server, parsed, and deleted right after the conversion finishes. We never log or store the contents of your file.
If you are signed in, the converted result is kept for 7 days so you can download it again from your account, then it is deleted automatically. You can re-download or simply let it expire.
If you create an account, we store your email address and your plan so we can run the service and apply your daily limits. Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
We count converted pages to enforce the free daily limits. When you are signed in we count against your account; when you are signed out we count against your IP address plus a browser identifier. This is used for limits, not for tracking you across the web.
We may update this policy as the product changes. If we make a meaningful change, we will note it here. Questions about your data can go through your account.
