Upload a PDF statement and get the transactions back as a CSV you can open in Excel, Google Sheets, or your accounting software. Check the parsed rows before you download.
Your uploaded file is processed on our server and deleted right after the conversion. If you are signed in, the converted result is kept for 7 days so you can download it again from your account, then deleted. We never store the contents of your original file.
Dates, descriptions, amounts, and the running balance come through in separate columns, ready to sort and total.
See the parsed rows on screen first, with any that do not reconcile flagged, so you can spot anything off before the file leaves the page.
Your statement is read in memory and deleted after the conversion. Nothing about it is kept.

Often yes. A scanned or image-only PDF has no selectable text, but the converter can still read most of them. Check the parsed rows before you download, since scanned files are harder to read than digital ones.
Each upload can be up to 10 MB. Free daily page limits also apply, and you can see how many pages you have left on the converter.
